Ace Speedway is a 4/10 mile oval stock car racing track in Altamahaw, North Carolina. The track was constructed by Roy Maddren and opened in 1956 as a 1/3 mile dirt oval.

Yes, 14 inch coolers maximum are allowed to be brought in. No Alcohol or glass containers permitted.
Due to insurance and ABC regulations, outside alcohol will not be permitted at the track. Alcohol is available at the Beer Hut on the backstretch. Ace Speedway reserves the right to inspect bags and coolers for outside alcohol. Violation of Ace Speedway's Alcohol policy will result in removal from Ace Speedway without refund.
Ace Speedway is now accepting debit/credit card transactoins at the ticket booth and concession stands. Beer Hut remains cash only.
For the safety of others as well as facility cleanliness, Ace Speedway has a no pets policy.
